Uniforms
Uniform pants in correct sizes are finally here. Starting Sunday all student must be in the complete (correct) school uniform.
All student project are trualy amazing. Thank you parents for taking a hand in your child's education.
Open House
On Sunday, September 30 all parents are invited to attend the Open House for KG to Grade 2. Your children will have the day off.
The Open House is a chance for you to come to school to meet me (Mrs. Michelle!) and other teachers your child interacts with each day. Each classroom teacher will have a small presentation to show the parents. This will explain the policies and procedures in the classroom, along with the curriculum.
There will be 2 presentations for parents, in case you have more than 1 child. Parents are invited to come to school for refreshments from 8 am to 8:45 and the first session begins at 9.
Please note that the Open House is not a time for a parent meeting. It is a time to meet the teacher and find out about your child's classroom.

Food
GP School policy asks parents to please send only healthy food. The Grade 1 and 2 children have been really good bringing healthy foods!
This week, the teachers have been monitoring the food and reminding children about food they can have or not have at school. Starting on Monday, we will take away any banned food that children come to school with. Thank you for helping to keep our school healthy!
The following is a reminder of foods that are not allowed at school:
Chocolate- this includes chocolate or Nutella sandwiches
Molto
