Parent Conferences

 Today you will be receiving a notice about the time scheduled for parent meetings for after the break. The time should be the same or very close to the time that you had for the last parent meeting. If the time works for you, please send a not in the channel book, email me or isigne it and send it t back tomorrow. If it does not work, please send me two other times that may work for you. I will try to accommodate you as best as I can. Please reply back to me by Tuesday, December 18, 2012.

 English snowman packet was sent home today.

English Lit	Reading books will go home tomorrow. Please bring them back undamaged.	Due Back January 8, 2013
English Lang	2. Snowman journal- this Snowman can accompany you on your family outings or your holiday.  The children can make a name for him/her, and there are 6 places to write about what you and the snowman did.  If you stay around and do not travel, please have your child write about something you did in Cairo. ***Please allow your child to just write their story.  Have students use a dictionary to look up words they don’t know how to spell. Once they finish their story, ask your child to read it to you.  You may write corrections above their words.	Due Back January 8, 2013

Christmas Concert

We will be having the Christmas Concert on Thursday 13th December. It will start at 9:30 for Grades 1 and 2.

The school is pleased to offer each student the chance to purchase a GP School Spirit T-Shirt. The t-shirt is designed by students to promote the values upon which our school is founded.
